Nisha Mody

Nisha Mody, MLIS, MA, CCC-SLP helps leaders and their teams build cultures of trust and safety, where people can have honest conversations, collaborate, and actually want to stay.
After six careers—from IT to speech therapy to academic librarianship at UCLA—she now brings a trauma-informed, relational approach to communication and leadership. Her work is shaped by both professional expertise as a certified life coach, speech-language pathologist, and lived experience, including healing from an abusive marriage.
